About The Author
Ben Cook was the head strength coach for the University of North Carolina mens basketball team from 1994-2001. His teams made four Final Four appearances during his seven seasons. He also served as assistant strength and conditioning coach for the University of North Carolinas football team from 1990-1994, where he helped 27 payers reach the NFL.
